Orders: Can be placed online or by mail. Download this form (you'll need Acrobat Reader), print it, fill it out and mail to: PO Box 672 Milldale, CT 06467. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery via USPS. If your ship-to address is different from your billing address, please note the shipping address on the back of the form.

Gift orders are welcome! Please fill out a separate form for each ship-to address. Your credit card will be billed once.

Returns: Refunds will be made if book is returned to above address in salable condition and received no later than 30 days from the date of sale. Signed books cannot be returned. Damaged books will be replaced as soon as the damaged book is returned to the same address.
